Spotsurfer GoPro Mountain Games

Spotsurfer was on hand at the recent GoPro Mountain Games

The games were held in Vail, Colorado June 6th through June 9th. It felt busy to our Spotsurfer crew … and that’s because over 90,000 people attended the event. 90,000! Spotsurfer had a premium location adjacent to the Vail Transportation Center and world-famous covered bridge leading into Bridge Street and the very heart of Vail. The river was flowing high, the flowers were in full bloom and the mountain was as green as we had ever seen it. Spectacular!

There were dozens and dozens of booths … and it was a sight to behold. But no booth was busier and more active than the Spotsurfer booth. First, we had our crew on hand, including company founder James Hohenlohe, CEO Erik Davison, Ben Ray, Scott Cowperthwaite and the Spotsurfer promo team. We had a Spotsurfer, custom, fire-engine yellow (yup, yellow!) cruiser bike we proudly showed off … and gave away on night one to one very happy gentleman. We had two custom Spotsurfer Corn Hole sets that were in constant use over the four days with serious (and lots of NOT so serious!) competition. We gave away both sets to some very happy attendees!

We also proudly displayed our latest Spotsurfer swag … from lip balm to stress balls to polo shirts to t-shirts. We even rolled out our new 2024 Retro Series of shirts and hats. Those items were HUGE hits and everywhere you looked in Vail over the four days you saw Spotsurfer shirts and hats on full display! It was tremendous exposure for Spotsurfer and our entire team just had a blast.

Spotsurfer had a very busy and successful winter season in Vail this past ski and ride season. With the addition of more parking spots and with the unveiling of our brand new platform (which replaces the previous Spotsurfer app), this summer and the ski season ahead are looking to be off-the-charts.

We can not wait … and, yes, catch us AGAIN in Vail for the July 4th celebration right around the corner!
